Hustings is an event held by each college for JCR and PG Board elections or in a lecture theatre by the students' union for FTO and PTO elections. 

Times and dates for hustings vary but you will be told when yours is. 

JCR, PG Board and PTO candidates are given 3 minutes to hust, FTO candidates are given 5 minutes.

In this time you should tell people about why they should vote for you using your manifesto points and illustrate as best you can, why you are the best person for the role. 

You don't have to use your full time but you cannot go over.
